Do guests need to install anything?
No. They scan the QR with the camera, the page opens in the phone browser and they send their photos. They do not create an account.
How long are the photos kept?
On the free plan, the album stays available for 15 days from the first photo sent, so download the album in time. On the paid plans it stays available longer, depending on the plan.
Is face recognition mandatory?
Never. It only works with each person's consent and can be turned off at any time. Without consent, nobody is recognized.
Can I delete the event and the photos?
Yes. You download the photos one by one (downloading everything as a ZIP is part of the paid plans), and you can delete the event and the photos whenever you want.
I am a professional: can I use it with my clients?
Yes. The professionals program lets you sell Momentzy under your own brand and keep the margin. It suits photographers, DJs, entertainers and hotels.
What if guests do not want to send photos?
Nobody is forced to. Anyone who prefers not to send photos can just view the album. To encourage participation, leave the QR in plain sight on the tables and on the screen in the room.
Who can see the album?
Only the people you give the QR or the event link to. You moderate what becomes visible.
