The questions companies ask us most
How long does the company event gallery stay available?
It depends on the plan chosen by the company. For a one-off event, such as a team-building day or a Christmas party, the gallery stays available for 1 year from when the event is created. If the company has its own professional account (Studio, Pro or Team plans, monthly or yearly), each corporate event created in the account also stays available for 1 year from when it is created.
Who can download the photos, and how?
Any employee with the event link can view and download the event's approved photos one by one, including those taken by colleagues. There is no setting for the company to turn downloads off. Anyone who leaves their email and agrees to receive their photos also gets, after the event, a secure link to download the photos they uploaded themselves as a ZIP.
Who owns the photos? Can the company reuse them?
The photos belong to the employees who took them. If the company wants to reuse a photo, for example in an internal newsletter or on the company's social media, today it needs to ask that person directly for permission. We're working on a way to request that consent photo by photo, right there on the platform, coming soon.
Do employees need to install an app or create an account?
No. Just point the phone camera at the QR code, photos are saved straight from the browser, with nothing to install and no account to create. It's the company, through its own account, that decides who can view or download the gallery.
