Your magic mirror photos land in the Momentzy event on their own
A small agent on the mirror's Windows PC sends every photo to the right event, and guests see it in the gallery and slideshow within seconds. No copying files, no manual steps, and one more service to sell to your clients.
- No copying files by hand
- Your brand on the gallery
- Consent on record
The mirror takes the photos, but the rest of the work is left to you
- After the party the photos sit on a PC and only reach guests days later, if they ever do.
- Moving files into an event one by one eats your time, and it is easy to pick the wrong party.
- The mirror and the guest gallery are two separate worlds, so you cannot sell them as one experience.
The mirror now feeds the event by itself
Pair the mirror with your Momentzy account once. From then on, every new photo in the mirror's folder goes to the right event, shows up in the gallery and slideshow, and carries the author Magic Mirror.
From mirror to gallery in 3 steps
1
Pair the mirror in the portal
In the Integrations section of the B2B portal, add the mirror and get a short code. Install the agent on the Windows PC with that code and point it at the folder where the mirror saves photos.
2
Set events by date and time
In the portal, choose which event receives the photos in each date and time window. Momentzy uses the time the photo was captured to place it in the right event.
3
Guests see the photos right away
The agent watches the folder and sends each new photo. It appears in the event gallery and slideshow, with nobody touching anything during the party.
For people who run mirrors and photobooths
DJs with a magic mirror
Take the mirror to parties and give guests the photos in the gallery and slideshow, with your branding.
Entertainment companies
Add the mirror to the rest of your service and deliver a complete event: photos, slideshow and gallery.
Event photographers
Use the photobooth as an add-on to your package and get photos to guests with no after-party work.
Several events in one weekend
Schedule each party's window in advance, and every photo goes to the event for its time.
What the integration gives you
One more service to sell
The mirror now comes with a connected gallery and slideshow, which supports a fuller package for your clients.
No work after the party
You do not export or upload photos. They are in the event while the party is still going.
Handles network drops
If the venue's network goes down, the agent keeps photos in a local queue and resends them when the connection returns.
No duplicate photos
The same photo never enters the same event twice, even if it comes from two mirrors.
Nothing lost outside the windows
Photos that fit no window wait in the To assign box, where you can add them to an event in one go.
Consent on record
The consent given at the mirror is stored with each photo: source, terms version and date.
A service of your own, under your brand
The integration lives in your B2B account. Galleries carry your name and logo, so the mirror and the gallery are your own offer, ready to include in your packages.
Several mirrors, one account
Connect more than one mirror and manage them all from the same portal.
The author Magic Mirror
Mirror photos appear in the gallery with the author Magic Mirror, so guests recognise them right away.
Pause or revoke any time
You can pause sending or revoke a mirror's access in the portal, and the agent stops straight away.
Photos only, or frames too
Choose per mirror whether to send only the photos or also the framed versions.
What professionals ask us most
Is my magic mirror compatible?
It depends on the mirror's software. The agent watches a folder on a Windows PC, so it works with any mirror or photobooth whose software saves photos to a folder. We do not have a dedicated connection for each brand. Talk to us before you buy or install, so we can confirm your case.
Does it work on Mac, Linux or a tablet?
For now, only on Windows PCs. Other systems are not available.
What if the venue's internet goes down?
The agent keeps photos in a queue on the PC itself and resends them when the network returns. It does not lose photos to a network failure, and it does not put them in the wrong event, because the capture time is the photo's own.
How does it know which event a photo belongs to?
You set date and time windows for each event in the portal. Each photo goes to the window that contains the time it was captured. Photos outside every window wait in the To assign box, where you assign them to an event together. If you later create a window that covers them, they move in on their own.
How is guest consent handled?
The consent given at the mirror is recorded with each photo: the source, the terms version and the date. The text shown on the mirror screen is still yours, so check that it covers publishing the photos in the gallery and slideshow.
Can duplicate photos appear?
No. The same photo does not enter the same event twice, even if it is sent again or comes from two mirrors linked to the same event.
How do I start, and what do I need?
You need a B2B account and a Windows PC running the mirror's software. Pairing is done with a code in the portal. See the plans or talk to us to work out how to connect your mirror.
