What hotels ask us most
How long does an event gallery stay available?
With the annual Pro and Team plans, each event stays available for 1 year from when it is created, and you can extend it. With the monthly plans, events have no expiry for as long as the subscription is active. A new event for every party keeps each night's gallery separate and easy to find.
Do guests need to install an app or create an account?
No. Guests scan the QR code or open the link and add their photos and videos from the browser on their phone. Video length and size limits depend on your plan.
Who can download the photos, and can I remove one?
Whoever manages the event decides whether guests can download photos or only view them online. When downloads are allowed, each guest can only download the photos they took themselves. You can remove any photo from the gallery at any time.
Can we post guests' photos on the hotel's social media?
The photos belong to whoever took them. To reuse a photo taken by a guest, today you need to ask that person for permission. We are working on a way to request that consent photo by photo on the platform, coming soon.
Can one account cover several hotels or a whole destination?
Yes. You can create and manage events for several properties from the same account and dashboard, each event with its own gallery and your brand. The Team plan adds seats for colleagues at each hotel.
Can guests play a quiz at the same event?
Yes. The quiz is included in the Pro and Team plans and runs in the same event as the photos. Guests join with the same link or QR code and answer in their phone browser. Each question has a time limit, answers are scored and speed counts, and a live scoreboard leads to a final leaderboard. The venue TV or slideshow shows the question, the reveal and the leaderboard, and your staff run the quiz live from a console.
