No. The page opens in the browser of any phone or computer. Guests scan the QR code with the camera and upload photos, without creating an account.

The Free plan costs nothing and asks for no card. Paid plans give more photos, more time and more features, and you pay once per event. Prices are on the Pricing page.

Up to 30 photos per event, with up to 3 active events at the same time. On Free you can only create birthday and generic events, photos are compressed and there is no slideshow or ZIP download.

Free has 30 photos per event, enough to try it with a small group. Basic gives 150 photos in original quality, Premium up to 5,000, and only the Wedding Edition has no photo limit.

On the Free plan, the album stays available for 15 days from the first photo a guest uploads. If nobody uploads photos, the 15 days count from the day the event was created. Download your photos in time. On paid plans the album stays available for longer, depending on the plan.

On Free you download photos one by one. Downloading everything as a ZIP file is not included in Free or Basic: it comes with higher plans, as shown on Pricing.

Yes, but not on Free. The slideshow shows photos on a big screen as they arrive and is included from the Basic plan up.

Only people with the event's QR code or link can see the album. You can turn on moderation to approve photos before they become visible. Data stays in Europe.

Never. It comes switched off and only works if the organiser turns it on for the event and each person consents. It does not exist on Free or Basic. Without consent, nobody is recognised.

It was designed for the phone first. It works in the iOS and Android browser, and on a computer too.

Yes, whenever you want, from the event dashboard. It is permanent, so download your photos first.

Free suits birthdays and generic events. Company events need the Basic plan or higher, and weddings need Premium or higher.

Yes. The professional programme lets you sell Momentzy under your own brand and keep the margin. It suits photographers, DJs, entertainers and hotels. See the programme.

If you turn moderation on, photos uploaded by guests wait in a queue and only appear in the event once you approve them. You can manage pending photos from the event dashboard.

Yes. You can create albums inside an event to group photos by theme, place or moment.

Yes. Signed-in guests and registered users can like and comment on photos. These interactions appear in the event activity feed.

Yes. Each event has its own limits. On the Free plan you can have up to 3 active events at once, and when one ends it frees a slot for another.

Yes, with the professional programme: you can use your logo and brand colors on the events you create for your clients. See the programme.

Data stays in Europe. You can export your data and delete your account along with everything in it. Face recognition is opt-in: it only works with each person's consent.

Yes, within 30 days of purchase and only if no photo has been uploaded to the event yet. In that case we refund the full amount. To request it, write to us; the full conditions are in the Terms of Service.
