It depends on the plan chosen by the company. For a one-off event, such as a team-building day or a Christmas party, the gallery stays available for 1 year from the event date. If the company has its own professional account (Pro or Team plans), galleries for every corporate event stay available with no time limit, for as long as the account remains active.
The company decides. Whoever organises the event controls whether employees can download photos or only view them online. When downloads are allowed, each employee can only download the photos they took themselves, via a secure link sent by email — never other colleagues' photos.
The photos belong to the employees who took them. If the company wants to reuse a photo, for example in an internal newsletter or on the company's social media, today it needs to ask that person directly for permission. We're working on a way to request that consent photo by photo, right there on the platform — coming soon.
