It depends on the plan chosen by whoever is organising the party. For a birthday party, christening or dinner, the gallery stays available for 1 year from the event date. If you'd rather bring all your family's parties together under the same account (Pro or Team plans), galleries stay available with no time limit, for as long as the account remains active.
Whoever organises the party decides. You can choose whether guests can download photos or only view them online. When downloads are allowed, each guest can only download the photos they took themselves, via a secure link sent by email — never other guests' photos.
The photos belong to whoever took them. If you want to reuse a photo taken by another guest, for example to print it or share it later, today you need to ask that person directly for permission. We're working on a way to request that consent photo by photo, right there on the platform — coming soon.
Yes. Whoever organises the party can remove any photo from the gallery at any time. A way for each guest to request removal of photos they appear in is in the works — coming soon.
