Hundreds of parents' and fans' photos, brought together in one gallery with your club's logo

No apps for participants to install. Just one QR code at the venue or on the bib. All the photos from a youth football tournament or a charity run come together in one place, organised by team or matchday.

How it works

Three simple steps, no hassle

  1. 1

A QR code at the venue or on the bib

A QR code is placed at the venue entrance, on bibs, or pitch-side. Nothing to plug in, no equipment to install.

  2. 2

Parents and fans take and upload their photos

Just point the phone camera at the code. Photos are saved instantly, straight from the browser, no app to download.

  3. 3

One tournament gallery, organised by team and matchday

All the photos come together in the tournament gallery, with the club's logo front and centre, and can be organised into albums by team or matchday.

Frequently asked questions

The questions clubs and organisers ask us most

How long does the tournament gallery stay available?

It depends on the plan chosen by the club or tournament organiser. For a one-off tournament or event, such as a youth football tournament or a charity run, the gallery stays available for 1 year from the event date. If the club or association has its own professional account (Pro or Team plans), galleries for every tournament and matchday stay available with no time limit, for as long as the account remains active.

Who can download the photos, and how?

Whoever organises the tournament decides. It's the club or the organiser who controls whether participants can download photos or only view them online. When downloads are allowed, each parent, athlete or fan can only download the photos they took themselves, via a secure link sent by email, never other people's photos.

Who owns the photos? Can the club reuse them?

The photos belong to whoever took them, parents, athletes or fans. If the club wants to reuse a photo, for example on its website, on social media, or on a poster for the next tournament, today it needs to ask that person directly for permission. We're working on a way to request that consent photo by photo, right there on the platform, coming soon.

Can the tournament gallery carry our club's logo?

Yes. Each tournament has its own gallery, with the club's or organisation's logo and colours front and centre, just like the event venues already using Momentzy today.
