It depends on the plan chosen by the couple or event organiser. For a wedding, the gallery stays available for 1 year from the event date. If the venue has its own professional account (Pro or Team plans), galleries stay available with no time limit, for as long as the account remains active.
Whoever is organising the event decides. It's the couple or the organiser who controls whether guests can download photos or only view them online. When downloads are allowed, each guest can only download the photos they took themselves, via a secure link sent by email — never other guests' photos.
The photos belong to the guests who took them. If the venue wants to reuse a photo — on its website or social media, for example — today it needs to ask that person directly for permission. We're working on a way to request that consent photo by photo, right there on the platform — coming soon.
Yes. The photographer hired by the couple can already join the same event today and upload their professional photos there, alongside the guests' photos. A gallery carrying the photographer's own branding, dedicated just to that event, is in the works — coming soon.
