An organizer or HR lead creates the event in Momentzy and generates a private QR code. Drop it into the offsite agenda, project it on a screen, or print it on the day’s itinerary so every colleague knows where photos go.
Colleagues scan the code, the upload page opens in their browser with no download and no login, and they upload the photos and videos they captured during the activities. Everything appears in the shared company gallery, where the team can browse the day. Afterward, comms or HR download full-resolution photos for the intranet, newsletter, social media, or recruiting materials.
